What are the Oreseman Readers?The Patricia and Donald Oresman fine art collection focuses on the act of reading. A New York favorite, it has been featured in The New Yorker, New York Magazine, The Paris Review, and other media. Boasting many of the greats in modern culture as subjects and artists, this collection is in itself a landmark in history, a piece of which you can now obtain for yourself.
What is the Private Collection? The Oresmans looked for art to represent the culture of the twentieth century. The Private Collection consists of art made by local, lesser-known and unknown artists the Oresmans thought worthy to include alongside the greats.
